The Pivot app uses data from a user’s selected supported source — WHOOP or Apple Health — together with Pivot’s proprietary algorithms to estimate calorie and macronutrient targets and generate meal-planning and nutritional wellness guidance.

Connected data may include activity, energy expenditure, workouts, sleep, heart-rate and recovery-related signals, body measurements and other available health or fitness information. The availability and accuracy of this data depend on the user’s device, connected applications, permissions, synchronization and the third-party provider.

WHOOP and Apple Health are alternative data-source options. Pivot uses one selected source at a time. Apple Health is available on iPhone and is designed primarily for Apple Watch users. Compatible Garmin or Oura data may be available through Apple Health, but Pivot does not integrate directly with Garmin or Oura and cannot guarantee that every setup provides the required data types.

All calorie targets, macro targets, scores, meal suggestions and AI-generated guidance are estimates. Third-party data, food databases, image analysis and algorithmic outputs may contain errors, delays, omissions or variations.

Pivot is intended for general wellness, nutrition tracking and meal-planning purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic or treatment advice. It should not be used as an exact prescription for health, weight loss, fitness, disease management or any medical condition.
